Should your age stop you? Not at all! It's what you bring to the table. The question is...how will you assist the attorney? There is virtually no training on the job, even if the job ad says so. It will be limited. Do your research on Google concerning HOW a Paralegal assists the attorney.

Will lack of experience be a hindrance to landing your first job? Not if you apply to the right jobs. And as I mentioned in the paragraph above, you must be able to explain HOW you will assist the attorney. One final thought - almost every single Paralegal began their career without experience. Remember that.
